Natilie, Kudos to you on this very helpful book. I just downloaded and read Chapter 1, Mr. Unavailable and am on to Chapter 2, Fallback Girl. It has been so insightful and eye opening for me to understanding my patterns of relationship troubles and seeing that it is up to me to take responsibility to work on myself.

But yes, this is definitely no hand holding experience – more I hold your hand as I take you on a crash landing back to reality!
